Sportsbook Rules

1. General Rules

  1. 1.1 Settlement is based on official results published by the governing body. If the official result is not published, Ffbet may settle using verifiable data from credible sources at its discretion.
  2. 1.2 If the outcome of a market cannot be verified, Ffbet may delay settlement until official confirmation is published or settle based on the best available source data with a subsequent adjustment if required.
  3. 1.3 If a market or price is published with incorrect information, Ffbet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
  4. 1.4 Bets are settled at our live published prices; we are not obliged to accept bets at prices displayed on third-party sites or at prices different from our own live feed.
  5. 1.5 Bets on related outcomes not accounted for by the system or price may be voided.
  6. 1.6 Bets shall be void if placed as part of fraudulent activity or if the results were already known at the time of offer.
  7. 1.7 Settlement of bets and player accounts may be suspended if there are credible concerns of fraud or integrity issues within an event; affected bets may be void and payments withheld pending investigation by the relevant authority.
  8. 1.8 Customers cannot cancel or modify a bet once it has been placed and confirmed.
  9. 1.9 Bets deemed incorrectly settled are subject to resettlement within 48 hours; Ffbet reserves the right to reclaim incorrect payouts.
  10. 1.10 All markets are for regular time unless the market description specifies otherwise.
  11. 1.11 If a match is not played to the standard format or is disrupted by irregular rules, stoppages or format, all bets on affected markets may be void.
  12. 1.12 If a match is not completed due to injury, disqualification, or player withdrawals, bets on open markets may be void.
  13. 1.13 If participant names are displayed incorrectly or reversed from home/away format, bets on affected markets may be void.
  14. 1.14 If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will stand if the event is resumed and completed within 48 hours of the scheduled finish time. If the competitors change, all open bets on affected markets may be void.
  15. 1.15 If event coverage is dropped or the official result cannot be verified, bets on the market will be void.
  16. 1.16 If an incorrect score or other information leads to a significant error in price, Ffbet reserves the right to void or resettle the affected bets at the correct price.

  18. 1.18 In the event of a tie (dead heat) among tied selections, stakes are divided equally among the tied selections and settled at the applicable odds; any remainder is treated as a loss.
  19. 1.19 Onsite information (scoreboards, stats, streams) is provided for guidance and is often delayed; settlement is not based on onsite information.

  22. 1.22 Ffbet reserves the right to amend sporting rules; changes are published online and the English version remains the official rules.

2. Market Construction and Settlement

  1. 2.1 Official results and tie-break rules apply; where a result is decided by the governing body, that result governs settlement. If an official outcome is announced after the normal end of play, bets may be settled in accordance with the official decision.
  2. 2.2 If a match is postponed or abandoned, settlements depend on whether the event is resumed within 48 hours of the original finish time. If resumed and completed, bets stand; if not resumed, affected markets may be voided.
  3. 2.3 Adverse events such as venue changes or major alterations in the event format may lead to cancellation of all bets on the affected market.
  4. 2.4 Overtime or extra time in a market is only counted if explicitly stated in the market description; otherwise, the result at the end of regular time governs settlement.
  5. 2.5 The company may reclaim incorrect payouts or resettle bets where a significant error in price occurred, provided the error is material and verifiable.

3. Live Betting

  1. 3.1 Live odds are updated in real time to reflect the progression of the event; odds shown at the moment of bet acceptance determine potential winnings, subject to subsequent updates.
  2. 3.2 Live bets are settled based on the official result as soon as it is known; subsequent changes are not applied unless covered by the market description.
  3. 3.3 Ffbet may rely on its own statistics for live settlement where official data is not available; live bets on ineligible athletes or markets without a valid result will be void.
  4. 3.4 Bets on outcomes that have already been determined at the time of bet placement remain valid; bets on undecided outcomes may be void.
  5. 3.5 Customers must lodge claims regarding Live bets within 24 hours of the event start; late claims may be rejected.
  6. 3.6 If a match is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of starting, bets on undecided live markets will be void unless otherwise stated; bets on outcomes already determined remain valid.

4. Outright and Long-Term Markets

  1. 4.1 Outright markets cover participants regardless of whether they take part in the event; if a participant is unable to take part, the market settles as a loss unless the market description specifies otherwise.
  2. 4.2 Some markets operate under a Play-or-Pay rule: bets on listed participants stand normally even if the participant cannot take part, with losses allocated to the participant’s markets in accordance with the market rules.
