Time-Out (short break)

A Time-Out is a temporary hiatus from playing across all Ffbet products. While active, you cannot place bets, deposit funds, withdraw funds, or access any Ffbet services.

  • Initiation: In your Account Profile you may select Time-Out and choose a period from the available options displayed there.
  • Effect: The Time-Out is enforced immediately upon confirmation and disables access to all products for the chosen period.
  • Revocation: A Time-Out may be revoked only after a minimum of 24 hours from the initial Time-Out request.
  • Termination at expiry: Upon the end of the selected period, the account automatically reactivates and you may resume normal activity.

Self-Exclusion (extended restriction)

Self-Exclusion is a longer restriction designed to pause activity for a defined term. During Self-Exclusion, your Ffbet account is closed for the selected duration and you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or play.

  • Initiation: You may request self-exclusion for a fixed period by notifying Ffbet via electronic notice or email to the designated support channel. An initial 24-hour cooling‑off period will apply and the account will be disabled during this time.
  • Period options: After the cooling‑off period, you will be presented with a selection of pre‑defined self‑exclusion periods. Common options include 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 5 years. If you do not specify a period, a default of 6 months applies.
  • Process: To proceed beyond the cooling‑off, you must provide confirmation by written or electronic reply. There can be no variation to the pre‑selected time periods.
  • Effect: The account remains closed for the chosen period; deposits and withdrawals are disabled and access to products is blocked.
  • Reactivation after expiry: Upon expiry of the selected period, the account will automatically reactivate unless you take action to modify or extend the exclusion beforehand.

Activation, enforcement and revocation

Ffbet will take reasonable steps to ensure that self‑exclusion and time‑outs are observed and will implement appropriate blocking measures to prevent access during the restricted period. If you seek revocation before the end of a self‑exclusion period, you must submit a written or electronic notice. Ffbet reserves the absolute discretion to accept or deny any revocation request.

  • Promotional communications: Ffbet will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that excluded customers do not receive promotional material during the exclusion period.
  • Multiple accounts and data: You acknowledge that attempts to circumvent self‑exclusion by opening new accounts or changing registration details may not be effective, and Ffbet is not obliged to restore access in such cases during the exclusion period.

Financial protection and self-imposed limits

To support responsible play, you may set self‑imposed limits at any time in the My Account area. Limits may include daily spend, loss thresholds, or play time. If you exceed a configured limit, further actions related to that limit may be restricted until you take appropriate steps to adjust it.
